Gateway Fountain w/ The Old Folks!

So I thought I would be ambitious and take my boys, my sister Mandi's boys and my grandparents on a little adventure. We took Trax to Gateway to do the fountains, and discovered it was American Idol tryouts, oops - can we say busy! But it turned out good we ran through the fountains, got a little Ben and Jerry's, and came home, really what could be better? I love that my grandparents will do excursions with us. They are good sports and they were so fun to have with us.

Tip: My sister gave me the tip to take our Camel Back's with us on anything we do this summer and it has been so good. I only am in charge of my water. You should try!

I am slowly figuring this out!

Here are some fun swim pictures of my crazies! They love swimming and everyday they ask if they can go. We really need a pool! Any way, Ethan is taking a dive class at Steiner, his idol is Michael Phelps, who he is keeping tabs on and can't wait for the Olympics (08-08-08 can't come soon enough for him) and hopes he can be in the Olympics one day. I feel good about him looking up to Michael Phelps. All we read about him, which is a lot, is that he is great man, with good values, who loves his mother! I will take that!

Aiden and Keaton are trying to perfect their cannon ball, and see who can get their mom soaked! They also love to do the "weasel" off the diving board. A little tribute to Cole, it is actually quite funny! Aiden is at the tail end of it in the picture above. Summer is 2/3 over, I don't like that!

Looky Here, I'm A Blogger!

So who would have ever guessed that this would be me! But really Luke (my cousin, who is fantastic) inspired me. So here are a few latest and greatest of my Fabulous Family! The picture of Keaton is us leaving Primary Children's, had a little run in with a treasure chest at Cherry Hill. We had a great family outing there, and he asked to do one more, and Tah-dah, 6 stitches later we have 2 hard core scares. Ethan lost his 4th tooth and now is a "toothless-ninny" as my mom and granny call him. (Terms of endearment, of coarse) And I personally think this is breaking my little boy and turning him into a big boy. They change when those snaggle teeth come in.

Other pictures are of one of our favorite traditions. . . .Oakley Rodeo on the 4th of July! Love'n it! Also, our boating boys. Scott thinks that they are teenagers and gives them a ride that could take them to the hospital. And they love it! I love seeing them smile and laugh the entire day when we go. Plus, who can resist a day in the sun, on water, with a refreshing Diet Coke? Not the Pickrell Family! (Please don't make fun of my Grandma Arms, how do I get rid of those nasty things!)
